CERTIFICADO DE NO RESIDENTE
Son muchos los extranjeros que cualquier motivo de índole profesional, económica o social desean acreditar su condición de no residente en España. Pues bien, el certificado de no residente sirve precisamente para eso.
El certificado de no residente es un trámite sencillo y rápido, que se puede realizar en el centro habilitado al efecto por la Policía o en la Embajada o Consulado español en su país de origen. Si por algún motivo no pudiese acudir personalmente a esta Embajada o Consulado, se admitirá excepcionalmente poder especial en el que conste expresamente que se faculta al apoderado para presentar la solicitud de obtención del certificado de no residente de la persona interesada.

Le certificat de non residence est un processus rapide et facile, lequel on peut effectuer dans un bureau de Police ou dans l’Ambassade ou Consulat plus proche.
L’intéressé devra déposer sa demande du certificat de non residence auprès du poste consulaire compétent pour la circonscription consulaire de son lieu de résidence, soit personnellement soit par l’intermédiaire d’un représentant dûment accrédité.

There’s a lot of foreign people who is interested on accrediting their non-residence condition in Spain, it could be for many raisons, as economics, professionals or social.
Well, the non-resident certificate works on that.
The non-resident certifica is a very easy and fast process. The certificate of non-resident (Certificado de No Residente) is only issued by the Police in Spain. However, the nearest Embassy or Consulate can forward your application to the Police in Spain, it’s takes around two weeks. If you cannot go to the Embassy or Consulate by yourself you can make an authorization to another one in order to carry on with the process.
The non-resident certificate expires after three months, although the number will be the same for life; therefore only apply if you need to present it to authorities in Spain.
The non-resident certificate does not need to be renewed every three months, you will only need to present it for any specific business you may have in Spain.
